MSc. Physics is a synonym to Master of Science in Physics which is a 2-year post graduate degree course and provides full study about the  real world application of physics. MSc. Physics offers an in depth knowledge of Solid State Physics, Classical Physics, Nuclear Physics, Quantum Mechanics, Molecular Physics etc. The MSc degree in Physics not only offers the theoretical portion of the applied Physics but also provides practical usage of Laboratorial Instruments in reading the observations and giving the precise conclusions.
As a subject, Physics allows the aspirants to study the behaviour and composition of matter and its relationship at the most fundamental level. The Purpose is to study the conditions around the tiny nucleus of an atom to the rapidly changes occurring in the universe. As the matter of fact is that Geology, Engineering, Chemistry, Astronomy, Medicine and practical biology too, all of them requiregoing through basic fundamentals of Physics.
Eligibility Criteria for admissions in various universities
MSc. Physics aspirants get merit based admission and minimally, they have to get 55 to 60% in their graduation programme. Graduation study can be done either in Bachelor of Science in Physics (BSc. Physics) or  Bachelor of Science in Non-Medical (BSc. Non-Medical) too.
