This Friday is going to be Priyamani’s big day as her female oriented Charulatha is releasing simultaneously in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Malayalam in nearly 1100 screens across south India. On the eve of the release she is reportedly very anxious and super tensed as Charulatha is the most important film at the moment in Priya’s career. If the film clicks she will make it really big as a saleable solo heroine in southern languages. The national award winning actress has dubbed in her own voice in all the four versions, which is a unique feat.
Priyamani plays Siamese twins in the horror thriller directed by Pon Kumaran, and is an adaptation of the Thai horror film Alone. Sundar C Babu has provided music for the film.
